Veronica Verder

Veronica is a fully qualified Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapist (BTEC Level 5) from London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). She is also in the final year of her Master’s degree in Osteopathy at the Health Sciences University (HSU), further deepening her clinical expertise and expanding her ability to deliver effective, evidence-based treatments.

With a lifelong passion for movement and performance, Veronica has been involved in sports since the age of three. She has competed in Judo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Italy, as well as bodybuilding and CrossFit in the UK. In addition, she has been a fully qualified Personal Trainer since 2016, giving her a well-rounded understanding of strength, conditioning, and athletic performance.

This background informs her hands-on treatments, allowing her to support clients from both athletic and non-athletic backgrounds. Veronica’s training also includes pre- and post-natal massage, Western/Medical Acupuncture (Dry Needling), and spinal and joint manipulation. By combining these advanced techniques, she is able to address muscular and joint dysfunction comprehensively, tailoring each treatment to meet the specific needs of her clients. Her goal is always to relieve pain, restore movement, and support long-term recovery and performance.

Whether you are an athlete in training, someone recovering from injury, an expectant or new mother, or simply looking to improve your overall mobility and well-being, Veronica brings expertise, dedication, and a compassionate approach to every treatment.
